Dr Imlach, puts me at ease, listens intently, explains my medical needs throughly.

My experience with this office on this visit was very positive. The ladies at the front desk before and after my visit were very helpful and very pleasant. It was refreshing.

Dr Imlach takes an individualized approach to my health and answers all of my questions

Protocol should be clearly defined as to how the person who takes your blood is contacted.

My appointments with Dr Imlach and his staff are always most enjoyable and informative.

Appointment was at 8:45am, but I wasn't seen until 10am. That was my main issue. I had to ask the front desk when I would be seen after waiting for an hour instead of them giving me an update.

I was impressed by the transparency of staff, letting patients know wait time or reason for delay. Airlines can learn this lesson.

The Dr. Was very helpful and explained things that I asked him. He changed some medicine when told him that I didn't think it was working.
