Dr Imlach is genuinely vested in the well being and health among my entire family. He has outstanding bedside manner and he is very thorough and patient to ensure that I understand my treatment plans. His staff is always professional and responsive to requests submitted through the LiveWell App.

Waiting in the doctor's rooms is too long of a wait before being seen and there should be some kind of alarm in each room in case of an emergency. No one checks on you until the doctor comes and that is usually more than a hour.

Doctor Imlach took his time, asked great questions, and came up with a great game plan to move forward.

The wait time was immensely better than my last visit (I waited THREE hours before I saw my provider a few months ago). This time it was less than 1/2 hour. I really like my provider, he has the right amount of experience, knowledge and common sense. He also listens and has great bedside manner. As long as the wait times stay reasonable, I have absolutely no complaints about my provider, who is my chosen primary provider.
