I was comfortable talking to the doctor and nurse. Some of the questions are impossible for me to know, like did the nurse and doctor communicate well with one another.

I never have to wait when I have an appointment. Always on time and always friendly and informative about my health and continued plan of treatment.

Evidently my records did not go back to my previous major procedure that was done 16 years ago. Don't know why this didn't show up, but I explained the procedure to the doctor and we were able to go forward based on what I could remember.
