Excessive waiting times from first diagnosis to planned treatment. While this was not an emergency, the long delays between getting an appointment to see a Dr and actually getting a diagnosis appears to be more focused on the systems schedules rather than the patients needs. Having to go to the ER for first diagnosis and then long delays for follow-up treatment should not be acceptable. Further, I have noticed that many specialists are leaving your network for reasons unknown, leaving the patients in limbo, or having to seek other options. Extreamly frustrating and irresponsible for patients with more rare conditions.

This was a video consult. First interaction with the doctor. He was very friendly and willing to answer my questions. Did a good job of explaining procedure to me.

The doctor left me with the opinion that when he performs my surgery that I will be in good hands. I was very impressed with the way that he explained even to me in terminology that I understand. Also I felt that he was a nice person. Thats also important in my opinion.
