I felt perfectly understood as well as informed

It was a great experience. The medical assistant did a good job making my son comfortable. The doctor was kind, patient and explained everything in a way we understood

Someone canceled their appointment so that was good for me to be able to take that spot instead of waiting till january. We got seen right away at the moment we got there it wasn't a long way everything was spot on friendly environment etc

Everyone was very friendly, making my son at ease. Will was our nurse or MA and he was just amazing with his bedside manner and keeping my son informed about what was happening. The lady who did my son's echo was amazing, so sweet and educational. He didnt seem nervous at all! Dr Cossor was very pleasant and helped put our fears to rest. We sincerely appreciate all of you and all of your hardwork! So happy we chose to come here!

We travel a good distance to visit this office and my child loves the facility, her doctor and his nurse who she feels she can speak openly to both of them.

The new doctor that was training under Dr Cossor was wonderful and has a great future ahead of her!
