My appointment was at 9:40 and I wasn't seen untill 10:40.

Dr. Kruckmeyer is a good diagnostician and I trust him to make the right recommendations for me.

Everything was fine. I was early but he saw me as soon as he could. He's very thorough with me and so it takes his time with everyone.

Making the appointment was too difficult and inefficient. I was told that in the future I should physically come to the office to schedule appointments otherwise I won't have all the options available. Ridiculous.

Was not happy that i spent nearly 1 hr. in the exam room before seeing dr.

The office staff are always so friendly. Dr. K. is also very friendly, helpful and encouraging. I actually look forward to my wellness visit each year!

Dr. Kruckmeyer is very thorough. Takes time to make sure you feel informed.

We had an appointment but still had to wait 45 minutes
