Dr. Kruckmeyer has every reason to be proud of his staff. They are all friendly, polite and professional. Dr. Kruckmeyer always enters the exam room with a friendly smile and is fully aware of my medical condition. He is easy to talk to and addresses any concerns that I have in a compassionate and professional manner.

I have had many family doctors in the past. I would say Dr. Kruckmeyer is the most knowledgeable, kind and empathetic.

It is very annoying that I can't call my PCP's office directly. My cardiologist and kidney specialist have direct numbers to their offices but my PCP calls always go through the Advocate Health Line. If I ever switch doctors this will be the reason.
