Dr. Kim was extremely helpful. He communicated very well. He explained my condition and listened to my input. He gave me a good plan for taking care of my knee pain.

Getting a hold of this office is merely impossible, especially after surgery. Something should be done about the hold times and the return calls. Then, when they call you, you feel rushed.
