This was our first time at Aurora and it was a wonderful experience.. all of the staff were so professional and pleasant.. we felt like we were being listened to and our concerns were addressed..
The therapist was very caring and nice but when I left my appointment one of the front desk secretaries was absolutely rude and she acted as if I was making her job complexed. She frowned simply because I wanted a copy of the schedule for the days that were set up for my continued therapy. I'm uncertain for the nasty attitude but I believe I know where it transpired from because I believe she was the individual who set up my first initial appointment via the telephone, but even then she had an unprofessional attitude. I'll make sure I avoid her when I leave any other appointment, because I know one of the secretaries who was very nice and polite.

Dr. Kim is a very kind and caring provider. He listened to my concerns and explained everything to my satisfaction. He instructed me what to do for follow up and what to do if I had additional questions or issues.
