I appreciate being seen promptly, which always happens at this clinic. The doctor and staff are all very friendly, helpful and considerate.

The Provider initially at the start of her time at the Spring Street Clinic was very engaging and more willing to actively listen. Fast forwarding to about a year later she is less engaging. Her tone and demeanor have changed making my experience with her an awkward one. To the point where I am considering seeking another physician. I would like a doctor in the same clinic but feel weird seeing someone else in the same group/clinic.

It was my first time with a family doctor and it was definitely a good experience. Will keep going to see Doctor Dinh.
