Super clear and nice

My appointment yesterday was almost hard to believe. As I entered the office I was greeted by a happy hello from a smiling lady and from that point forward it was uphill all the way. The staff persons, from that first smiling lady to the lady who sent me on my way were text book A1. What ever you're doing to make patient visits easier on the patient, keep doing it.

I've been a patient of the Advocate Heart Institute for 10 years. They've always taken good care of me in a very professional manner. I highly recommend them.
