Dr Rizzo is patient and kind.

The providers in this office are caring, empathetic, and professional. I am always seen in a timely manner and out the door in a timely manner, but have never felt like I was rushed through. It must be a difficult balance to create, but they seem to have managed it nicely!

Scheduling additional appointments is an ongoing problem now with Aurora for GI and others..no return calls, system on hold forever, wrong numbers to call and schedule appt. I shared with Dr Rizzo. We have had to take follow up appt with other medical centers in area. You are making it hard to keep loyal long term patients
