Dr. Rizzo and his staff are always available and accessible to me and respond to my questions and needs immediately via the LiveWell app. My visits are always productive and pleasant. All my questions are answered and everything is explained clearly and completely.

The only unsatisfactory part in my experience is waiting well over an hour to have blood drawn

I always feel that Dr Rizzo treats me with respect and caring when I see him for my Wellness visit. He is pleasant and attentive. I feel comfortable talking with him regarding any issues that I may have and he always encourages me to contact his office if I encounter any concerns before I see him again.
