The nurse and Dr. treated me well and they were helpful. What I came in for was taken care of .
I normally go to the aurora summit, but decided to establish care with aurora heartland instead since I wasn't able to get seen at summit. This hartland clinic was so helpful and everyone person I talked to listened and wanted to help. Dr. Borkowski was very friendly and truly listened to what I had to say. He provided me many solutions and tried to help me the best he could. The front desk staff was really great and the nurses were very friendly. I would definitely recommend Aurora Hartland!
This was my first visit with Dr. Borkowski and he was wonderful. He listened attentively, asked appropriate questions, and gave answers in a clear, understandable way. I was very impressed with his kindness and interest in my well-being. I have a new primary physician!!!

I would rather go to a different doctor. He did the exact tests I did at home prior to my appt to diagnose myself by watching YouTube. Instead of saying things like,'you have my curiosity', I wish he said something to the tune of, 'I don't know so let me get you to a specialist.' He prescribed drugs I cannot take because of chrons and just had a lack of empathy in trying to figure out what was wrong.

This was not my normal provider. I was seen as a same day appt so I was given the next available provider. Very nice and courteous and explained things well. I appreciated him seeing me.
