My experience with Nangia was fine. It's that HACK Salami that I have a problem with. It strikes me as strange that this horrific thing happened to me and no one at Aurora knew or cared. I lost all faith in your surgeons. Obviously you have too because you let them preform poorly and do nothing about it because you think that's the best they can do. I would be embarrassed if I were Aurora or it's surgeons and the management that covers up for them.

You ask patients to come in 15 minutes early which I always do. But I waited a full hour to see Dr Nangia. One of the things I was told that hold up patients is that they only have 1 EKG machine. Really? This is a Cardiologist office. I go here because of AFib. 1 EKG machine???

I have seen Dr. Nangia and his support staff for over ten years. Each time I see them, I am respected and heard, no matter what my questions might be. Over the years, I've come to know the different staff members because they always greet me by name and make sure I know who they are. I leave my appointments feeling like I matter, unlike the feeling I have gotten from other Advocate Aurora physicians and their staff.
