The nurse, CNA and Medtronic staff member were great. The doctor seemed rushed. Told me to start a medication twice daily that had only been prescribed as needed previously, but didn't explain why.

I was to be sheduled for a lab test and a cardioversion procedure. The person sheduling these procedures did not call me until more than two days after the appointment with the doctor's appointment when the procedure was ordered. The person who sheduled these procedures gave me dates and times for both procedures, BUT, only entered the lab visit in Livewell. I need these events listed in Livewell in order to secure transpotation. With Aurora's reluctance to show that they will even be doing the procedure. my ability to get transpotation is in jeoprady. Come on Aurora. You can do better.
The staff was experienced, professional, kind and personable. Dr. Nangia is all that and more. I trust him and know I am getting the best Electrophysiologist care and knowledge. He is kind and understanding and brilliant.
