Dr Montgomery is an excellent health care provider and advocate for preventative medicine. You are lucky to have her in your team. Dr Montgomery is awesome but your Central Scheduling is a mess. You need to go back to doctors offices scheduling their own appointments, there is a real disconnect with Central Scheduling.
