Dr. Montgomery is a caring professional who develops relationships with her patients. She doesn't rush the appointment and gives the patient every opportunity to express concerns and ask questions. The office staff is friendly and professional.

The doctor is great, I love her. The admin staff not so much. I arrived just before my appointment, one of the staff checked me in and told me to have a seat. 17 minutes after my appointment time I received a phone call while sitting in the waiting room- the admin staff called to tell me I had an appointment - I stopped her and told her I was sitting in their waiting room. She then told me someone would be with me shortly. I don't understand what the first staff member did when she "checked me in ". She asked for my name, date of birth, what doctor I was seeing and what time." I entered the doctor's exam room with elevated blood pressure because I was upset about waiting 20 minutes for nothing. And no where along the lines did anyone apologize for the error or explain what happened. Very frustrating and disappointing.
