I truly love and appreciate Veronica! I understand that her team is there to help lighten the load for the amazing doctors, nurse practitioners (NPs), and physician assistants (PAs). In the past, however, the team has sometimes made it seem as though they are speaking on behalf of the providers and can make decisions for them. To avoid confusion, it would be helpful if they clarified whether the information is directly from Veronica by saying something like, "Per Veronica," or "Veronica said." My other doctors' teams do this, and it makes it clear who is providing the direction, which reduces confusion. This is in no way a reflection on Veronica herself-she is always kind, takes very good care of me, and is attentive. However, there seems to be a breakdown in communication due to the staff. I'm referring specifically to the support staff for the NPs, PAs, and doctors at Aurora, who constantly create a barrier between me and my care providers.

NP and MA were wonderful!!!

I believe that the antibiotics they gave me are definitely helping but of course, they also gave me 3 vaccinations, which actually made me feel much sicker that night so I guess it was a wash.
