I felt we had a good dialogue. This provider offered choices. This is important to me since I am not the type of patient who will settle for the cookie-cutter nor the revolving door mentality. For example: One size fits all for my age: Not acceptable. Oh, dear, you are taking more than 15 minutes of my time, out you go: Not acceptable. If this is acceptable to the provider, I'll change! And this provider actually spent time with me and MY problems, unique to me. I appreciated this team. And because of this my blood pressure stayed within the healthy range. Can you see why I enjoyed the visit?

So far, everyone I have encountered has been very knowledgable, kind and caring. They have been willing to listen when I prattle on.... And I am thankful for their help and guidance.

Start to finish, we were very impressed with all aspects of this visit and this care team. It was our first time getting family practice care with Aurora, and everything seemed so simple and thorough. Friendly faces at the registration desk, genuine care from our nurse and Veronica Zimmer. Even a few laughs to make my teen girls comfortable with their new provider. Couldn't be happier with the visit.

I would definitely see her again. My doctor was out for the week. She was professional, caring, listened to my concerns, explained my symptoms,and asked if I had any questions at the end of my diagnosis.

Overall, Veronica is great. Although, I was a bit turned off by the MA as she made a few comments that I felt were odd to say to patient. Pleased with my care, Veronica listens and helps with what I need and does so effectively and efficiently.
