I am pregnant and gynecologist suggested for a visit after 1 week. Nobody in the reception picking the call for appointment and there is no coordination between hospital staff in setting up the appointment caring the patient. Patient has to try her luck for the appointment and wait for doctor availability.

Dr. Edwards takes her time with her patients. She is very caring , compassionate,and invested she makes you feel special and very much cared about. She takes her time and doesn't rush you through the visit which is very much appreciated. I think she is an amazing doctor and extremely knowledgeable doctor. Dr Edwards staff is very kind and gentle too.

I'm very satisfied with the care i have received all throughout my pregnancy, labor, deliver and post partum in Advocate Lutheran General hospital. I felt safe and really taken good care of.
