Long wait time to get ultrasound and then waited another long while to see the provider. Ultrasound tech was very nice.

What a lovely OBGYN - Dr Edwards really knows how to connect with her patients, and provides them with undivided attention. She answered every question that I had (and let me tell ya, I laid down the scroll on her) in just the right amount of detail as to not overwhelm me. After this visit, I am fully aware and understanding of the path(s) I will take on my child bearing journey. Looking forward to this physician-patient relationship with Dr. Edwards, as I know she fully supports and cares for her patients!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 9;30, arrived about 9:15 went to the 4th floor rm 465 a sign on door said had to go to floor 3 rm 360 for doctor Edwards. Went to 3rd floor rm 360 gave my name and phone number and they said she was NOT at this location, she was at rm 465. I have great difficulty walking and the length of these halls is VERY long and to do it 4 times I was not happy. If a Doctor is not in their office and is in another part of the building, why is this info not placed by the elevator, is that was done it would have eliminated 2 trip to the office. I learned one thing from this experience is to enter the office and question the sign. Something like this will NEVER happen to me again for I will now question the sign.

Dr Edwards is very thorough and listens to my concerns. Her bedside manner is excellent. She takes the time to explain any questions I have. Highly recommended.
