I think the provider should let us know that the elevators were down, not working prior to our visit that was an inconvenience

Dr Gupta usually runs late on her appointments but she always spends as much time as i need to discuss health issues.

Dr. Gupta is very easy to talk to and I have found her to be very competent over many years. She has been quick to make a referal to a specialist when needed. She keeps good notes and alerts me when I am due for updates on vaccines. She is easy to understand and I feel very confident in following her advice. Incidently, I am a male. I never feel like she is rushed at my appointments.

I was not rushed. Dr. Gupta listened carefully to my description of what was troubling me. And, offered good advice. I trust her and I was impressed with her knowledge and manner.

Dr. Gupta was very nice and informative. She answered all of my questions.

The wait time to be seen by the doctor is usually over an hour after my scheduled appointment time (every time). I was waiting in the room long enough for the automatic lights to turn off on me.

First time visit. Made me feel good about my choice. Look forward to next visit.
