I understand that there's some waiting to be expected before being seen but why have an appointment when a patient is waiting 20-25 minutes to be called and then another minimum of 20 minutes for the doctor to come into the exam room. Seriously, what's the point of being on time? Would the doctor wait for a patient if they were late?

Happy with dr but I've been waiting for 3 days for the visit to show in livewell. Need info from that visit to research meds. How long will it take?

The wait time for the Dr was to long. I was in the room for 25 minutes or more till the Dr came in. I feel that is to long to be waiting.

While it is mandatory for mask to be worn at all times at medical professionals facility , they were extremely helpful with my hearing impairment. My hearing increases when I am able to ALSO read lips in any conversations I would endure. I was grateful when they assisted me by pulling their mask down for me to read/hear ??

Dr Gupta listens to my concerns and always has answers for me. The staff are outgoing and friendly.

Dr. GUPTA IS fantastic. I've received quality information from her everytime. Strongly educates me on my diabetes and all other medical concerns in her jurisdiction. I exercise because of her. I work diligently to keep my diabetes under control because of her. She's fantastic. I've been seeing her for years and she never disappoints.

Dr Gupta is great, she even remembers my psychological and emotional state from past appointments with her. That helped a lot as to my medications, what to continue with or not, etc.

very upset that you can not talk to receptionist when you call even to make an appointment. you go to call center. Not patient friendly. This is a game changer for me to change physicians.
