Valerie is excellent, she takes a good care of me!

Everyone was really good except the person at the check in desk. She forgot to process my checkin fully and I had to wait in the lobby for over 30 minutes before I was seen.

Valerie is excellent.

Val was awesome...she made a very embarrassing situation (for me) much more comfortable. She was down to earth and friendly in delivering information which made me feel at ease.

I thought she did a great job. Very knowledgeable.. answer my questions.. I hope she sticks around . Would like to continue my health care needs with her.
