Dr. Valerie Albers is a wonderful person. She truly cares about me and my health concerns and questions. She goes above and beyond her patient duties.

This was my first time seeing this NP & she is by far one of the best doctors I've met! So nice, listened to my concern, she had knowledge on what I'm feeling, she took her time to explain, and I didn't feel rushed at all. She is amazing!

For a first time visit Valerie was inviting and easy to talk to and attentive to me and the questions and concerns I had.

I would like longer office visits. It feels like the provider is forced to rush to get the exam, answer questions and do health teaching. 30mins is not long enough for a new patient physical.

She's a good doctor.

This is not exactly about the provider. When I scheduled the appointment with her as an OBGYN problem, I feel someone should have followed up with me before the appointment to ask why I needed to be seen. Because she was an NP, she wasn't able to help me. So I now have to schedule an ultrasound with an OBGYN. I wish I would have known that and didn't have to waste the money on an extra appointment. That being said, the NP was very nice and easy to work with. I could easily see her for routine Paps and check ups, but it seems nothing more complex than that.
