This was my first vist and i was pleased.

I had dry, painful patches around my mouth for a month, that I tried to treat on my own, but it did not get any better. Dr. Polyak knew immediately what was causing it. She gave me a prescription & it cleared up in a few days. It is all good now. I wish that I had gone to see her sooner.

My provider always take the time to address any issues I may have our any concerns. She is a very pleasant and caring doctor.
