The reason for my wait time was not the doctor's fault. There was a new employee who didn't do her job right at the check in so the doctor didn't know I was in the waiting area waiting to be seen.
He was helpful and toke the time needed to help me.
Dr. Magnanao showed not only his skills and expertise as a medical provider but also his compassion to treat my mom physically, psychologically, and mentally. He provided patient education that my mom could understand and relevant to her condition, promoting wellness and disease prevention. I am extremely pleased and satisfied to have him as my mom's primary care provider!
