They are very nice and very friendly. They listen to my health issues and I'm very satisfied being taking cared of.

Disappointed with the conversations behind the desk when registering. One woman saying how when she dies she hopes to get hit by a semi! Others in the waiting room could hear that and I said to one of the others behind the desk that I sure hope the people waiting in the waiting room didn't have a loved one die that way. Inappropriate conversations by staff in waiting room! Rude to patients on phone like myself when making appointment.

The provider and his staff were excellent and have been for years! My only concern was the quality of the room. When I had my blood pressure taken I had no place to rest my arm. More concerning was when a staff member had to take my blood there was again no proper place to rest my arm and she had to use a trash can to prop my arm up. Please fix the quality of the exam rooms so my doctor and his staff can continue to give excellent care!

First meeting with Dr. Magnanao. He's very polite, very professional and very knowledgeable. I feel comfortable working with him and trust that he will be a great healthcare provider.
