The team reached out to me to schedule an appointment with my doctor. Very happy about that. However, they scheduled an appointment that was too early in the year for my insurance to cover. This meant that I went all the way to the doctors office to find out I needed to reschedule an appointment for two months in the future. VERY disappointed in the waste of my time.

Dr. Mensen is an asset to your organization. He has an astonishing and in-depth understanding of his patients' concerns and always has an explanation. He is especially helpful to those of us of a certain age.

Dr. Mensen was great, but there are other areas I would improve on. The lobby/waiting room experience is strange. Uncomfortable, I felt like cattle waiting for slaughter. Though I thoroughly filled out my chart online, little of that information made it to Dr. Mensen's computer, resulting in a lot of time being spent on re-entering and confirming the information about my medical history and current medications.

Dr. Mensen and his staff have been crucial to establishing and meeting my healthcare goals. I would still be dealing with life threatening circumstances and look forward to greater results in the next year.

Dr. Mensen explains my care in a way that isn't overly clinical or cold, and possesses a respect for patient decision making that I really appreciate. The staff (MAs and PSRs) that work with him are lovely too and made my visits a breeze with their effortless communication and humor.
