The provider and staff are wonderful but aurora phone system is horrible. A patient wants to call the drs office directly, not a central switchboard. Very unacceptable.

I look forward to my pain management NP. She is very knowledgeable. From the time you check in & the time you check out you are treated very professionally. I live with a lot of pain. They listen to you & they always review the meds you are on.
