Tricia NP is friendly and professional. She makes you comfortable in sharing your concerns. She asks appropriate questions to determine what issues are of concern to you. She completes a comprehensive assessment and has reviewed key new things in your chart to be up to date with your healthcare issues. She explains things well and ensures my understanding because of my hearing issues. She shares her plan of care with you and ensures that you have input into the plan of care.

She really seemed to care about helping me to have relief from pain, and trying to figure out the best way to achieve that
