I was uncomfortable at my visit. I had asked the nurse to explain how to handle the care of the biopsied area and I was told it's explained in the after care summary. When I got home I had questions and called but had to leave a message and didn't get a call back that day. It was still well within normal business hours. I called that evening and tried to leave a message but was told my doctor doesn't return calls. I hope my biopsy comes back negative and I will certainly not come here again. I'll find a new dermatologist. I felt like I was at a used car dealership and didn't feel overly comfortable in the procedure recommended. There were soiled gowns over flowing the containers. Just a bad overall experience for me.
