On arrival no one welcomed us & finally someone talked behind a screen (very rude) she finally lifted the security screen. I also received an automated phone call about my appt. Un-fortunately one cannot call anyone directly if you had an emergency situation & couldn't make your appt. That morning.....Everything is automated & so frustrating & not user friendly & not courteous to patient. A woman was sitting there why couldn't she have a line available for such calls. A patient can be given the # & only used for emergencies. Nothing seems to be patient friendly. The nurses for Dr. Nguyen were awesome & explained everything very well & I was pleased.
