He is very professional and down-to-earth at the same time. He doesn't spend much time with you because he wants to do business and then leave. I'm sure he has lots of people he needs to see in the course of the day. He does need to be attentive to how he greets people and how he makes them feel at home in his presence. He's a great doctor and I wish him well.
