This doctor was very kind and willing to remove/biopsy my mole which I greatly appreciated. I felt like he understood my concerns about the possible risk of melanoma due to the appearance of my mole. I always feel grateful when I feel heard by medical professional.

I understand, staff are busy, especially because it took a month to get in, but visit felt assembly line like. Less than personable and Dr seemed rushed for time.

Arrive early, get in early and leave early. Dr. is always on time and very business like, very professional. If I need extra work they always find the time to address the issues. Sadly our favorite nurse has moved on but the new nurses are very professional.
Dr Nguyen is an emotionless, effective machine. He is thorough in his primary role, but never greeted me, called me by name, smiled or even attempted a welcoming conversation...just business and 5-6 minutes later was out the door telling me what I needed to do and his diagnosis/plan. He did report reading my medical history. A whirlwind had departed. He dealt with me factually but totally ignored any attempt at showing an empathetic approach to healing.
