It took about 15 minutes before Doctor came in to see me, but she was professional as always. After my visit with the doctor, it took another few minutes to get flu shot.

I'm thathat she records the meeting; to me, that means that she cares more about her patient; wants to spend time knowing exactly what is going on in the patients life. Then, the Dr. plans to listen and follow up later. That is to me very personal and comforting.
