I thought I was doing so good but I found out one important thing l wasn't doing. Doctor Teehan said anytime I sit- l need to keep the Right or both legs up & also ice, which I just did, top, then slid the towel plus pillowcase & ice pack to the bottom side & ice that also for 15 min. These lce packs are cooler & don't want to freeze the leg & ankle up if l do the 20min. time. Doctor Teehan was very helpful!!! To try & get swelling down
