Dr Tracy was wonderful. My first appointment with her as I just switched from harbor town to aurora because the Dr's keep leaving after short stays at harbor town. I do not recall the name of the girl who answered the phone. I stated to her that holy family hospital received the mammogram and the ultrasound of right kidney but they did not receive the order for the holter monitor test. I asked her if she could send that order to holy family. She told me it was my responsibility to get their fax number and call back to two rivers clinic with the fax number. I told her I was driving and couldn't but she repeated. When I got home I did get holy family cardiology fax number and called it in to the clinic. I spoke with a different girl who was kind. A front desk girl who is patient and understanding is so very important .

Other than recommending tetanus shot and RSV shot, I was already on the right track, and I don't think there was much more to recommend. Explanations, and re-affirmations on labs was excellent.

When calling to make the 1st appt. I had to go through 3 nurses & give my details until I was able to get to Dr. Sherman 's nurse to schedule an appt. Much difficulty calling to talk with staff the day after appt. To have the labs MD ordered to be done. It took 1 hr. & 45 mins. To have Dr. Sherman 's nurse to fax the hospital with lab orders, then the sent 17 pages, however the 1st page had a different patient's name, mot mine. The staff @ HFM look through the 27 pages & figured out the 1st page wasn't mine. They were told about this mistake.

There was a mix up regarding a lab appointment. Three different nurses called me this past week, one stating the Dr. wants me to come in for a lab appointment before my scheduled visit. The problem was the when I showed up for my lab appointment, it wasn't in the records that she scheduled a lab appointment for me. So I had to wait an extra half hour before I could see my doctor, and then I needed to have blood drawn at the end of my visit so that the time I was there got pretty lengthy.
