all the people in the office front desk to the staff were well trained and nice . easy in easy out just the way i like it.

Dr. Quinn is a great doctor! The call center is not so great. The Live Well app has limitations so getting an appointment with her is very difficult.

I do have an issue with the 2 ladies that sit in the front as they are very rude and not helpful at all

Dr. Tracy Quinn is the best. However, what one has to go through to make an appointment is the problem!!!!! Recordings, recordings of people telling you what to do, finally to get to a human who isn't EVEN IN THE THE DOCTORS OFFICE!!!!! They will call you back blah, blah! THEN you may get the appointment!
