I do no remember the nurses name and that is my failing not their's They we're extremely patient, ( since it was hard to talk with a sore throat) and gentle when it came to swabbing for samples. Dr Quinn was also very helpful, patient, and considerate even dimmed the lights to help with the sinus headache. Just wanted to say thank you to both of them. I know it is there job. But it was very welcome to be treated like a human not a number

Dr. Quinn is perfect for me. She listens, she is respectful, she is mindful of who I am as a person; she is never condescending - which is something I often experience in the medical community.

We love Dr. Quinn. The option of messaging your doctor through Advocate is no longer as beneficial as it used to be, which is a shame considering it's difficult to make an appointment most times. Having all of the doctors messages screened means that she's not getting ones even if she asks for them. It's very frustrating.
