I was extremely impressed with the follow up I received from the doctor's office when I made an online appointment. The only appointment I could get was more than 6 weeks in the future. The office called shortly thereafter to get more information about the appointment I needed and after a short discussion I was given an appointment only 2 days away. Absolutely first time I have ever received this type of follow-up when making an appointment online or through the call center. Bravo Advocate!
