The pulmonary team was efficient competent and pleasant. They provided good informatin on my health and listened to concerns. There was a disconnect with the lab. After getting my after visit summary from the desk I went to the lab as requested. I was told by a staff member they knew I was ther and to take a seat. No one knew I was there and I waited a long time before my test was done. And after someone finally noticed I'd been waiting a long time told me I had to register at the desk. Please make sure your staff at the desk inform patients the need to register at the hospital desk for tests, and ask you lab personnel to ask questions when patients appear in the lab without assuming they have registered and everyone knows they are there and what they are there for. This might seem petty to you but it was frustrating for me.

I have always felt that I could talk to Tracy about any problems I might be having and get a positive response from her.

This was the first time I saw Tracy. She was very kind and gave me a full explanation of what was going to happen.
