Dr Capes was very informative. She gave me information that other dr's have not.

I waited a half hour to be seen the nurse for a bladder installation. This wasn't an appointment with Dr. Capes.

The treatment/procedure rooms are poorly set up. Support staff has not stocked needed items within reach, stepping over poorly placed rolling tables, in and out of the treatment room looking for what the Dr. should have at her finger tips. Dr. Capes was very sweet in her redirection of procedure set-up. I suggest better supervision and training of ancillary staff and improved R.N. leadership. Dr. Capes is a saint.
