Dr.Capes is the best. She is so pleasant,listens to you,explains everything. I always feel so good and confident when I leave.
My appointment was at 2:15. I waited in the exam room until 3:45 before the doctor came in the room. I sat there half undressed for 1.5 hours. The nurse came in and apologized for the wait and said the doctor was busy. When the doctor came in she didn't apologize for the wait. The cost of the procedure was $5000 and the doctor was in the room for 15 minutes!
Every single visit, surgery, and post-op was great. Dr Capes kept me very informed on everything, she made a semi scary situation very calm and peaceful.
