Aurora facilities have eliminated most all Valet Services and wheelchair assistance needed for patients is way under staff. Quit saving money and hire people into these positions so patients with disabilities can still be serviced by Aurora.

Dr. Capes is a specialist in here area. She is wonderful, explains everything so you know what is going on. She also spends time asking the patient if they have questions or are uncertain as to what she recommends. Very knowledgable, friendly and super helpful.

I spoke to the office several times prior to the appointment. Staff never indicated that a pelvic floor exam would be done or that the appointment would be an hour plus long. We have to use van transportation as my mom is new to using a wheelchair. I had to call the transport company repeatedly that day to change pickup times because I was never told length of appointment and Doctor was running behind. This made the appointment very stressful. Length of appointment and what to expect should be explained when making an appointment.
