The system is broken & is in need of repair, I waited a long time sitting in the exam room that day for over1/2 hour after receiving a call the day before telling me, if I am 15 minutes late for my appointment that I would not be seen, because the doctor has a meeting to attend, why schedule these appointments if the doctor does not have time, at times I feel rushed with my appointment & not fully have time to express my issues, I answered a long question air less only to touch on a couple issues, I Like my doctor & understand that he is human, I voiced my concerns do have to say after that, he agreed that something more needs to be done to address these issues & more. I hope this concern will help on future appointments with me & other patients as well, I know my visit put him off schedule that day & I had a 8:00 appointment, so help him so he can better help his patients . Going to the Doctor is stressful enough as it is without added distractions.Thank You! A Senior patient
