I was called and asked to come in early, which I did. I arrived at the time requested (about an hour before my original appointment) and ended up waiting until my original appointment time to be seen. I felt like my precious time was just WASTED! NOT COOL!

Dr. Hampton has excellent customer service and very friendly. He explains things in detail to you and he will provide you with literature on the subject. He works on prevent care and wellness.

As always, Dr Hampton was interactive, very clear, concise & very professional as always during my Healthcare Visit.

There was a long wait for this appointment due to an unforeseen situation on that day. It could not be helped. I waited patiently for the doctor. We were given frequent updates on when we could be seen. I still received quality care in spite of the delay in the schedule.

I'm pretty pleased with my doctor and his staff. I'm always a little nervous when I get there,but they usually set me at ease and they didn't even know it. Thumbs-up.

The check in was terrible had appointment at 10:30 didn't get seen until after 1 because the front desk didn't register my mom in even though we checked in at the front desk
