Dr. Hampton is the best. He is very encouraging when it comes to heloing me reach my health goals. He provdes lots of support and tool for my health journey. He is not judgemental and is very understanding. However I feel that the chek in process before I see Dr. Hampton feels alittle tense at times. Doctors visits in general give me anxiety and I feel a little anxious when coming to the office if feels like or it doesnt help me to relax when I hear how other patients are being talked to, i'm glad the plastic screen was removed so I dont feel like I'm asking for a hand out but I feel like the intake staff could be trained to be mrie professional mire cordial and invitiongI freel anxious because I'm feel like if there is a problem with a payment or anything I 'm being made to feel like it s my fault and my problem like I wouldn't get hep from them. I dont feel seicla when I talk with thme and I could only imagine how I would feel if I were to have some majir health issue being treated or informed of during my visit. Sometimes the conversations they have before and during the check in process I feel like I'm interrupting their conversation...they have a coamaradarie that sometimes feels a little bit harsh.

The Doctor explained the medication to me and that this not a long term if I choose a healthy lifestyle

Dr. Hampton was so thorough and complete. I am totally satisfied with his bed side manners ,directions, and complete explanations of my situation. I am really pleased.

Only concern is not getting return calls when told that I would.
