Dr Hampton is an excellent provider!!!!

I would like to have sooner visits and more time with the doctor he is very knowledgable.

Dr.Tony A. Hampton was very attentive to my needs He recommended and prescribed new medicine to fit my case. He is very professional and kind.

Just don't like generic drugs

At this visit I had additional medical concerns and question for Dr. Hampton. He took each one in turn along with follow up on my previous conditions. He is truly "patient-centered" !

I say it was a good visit and he did,labs for me,more than I expected.

The front desk clerks, check-in & out patients in a timely & professional manner. Dr. Hampton nurse, do her job successfully & timely manner. Dr Tony Hampton, is polite & professional doctor. He always helps & encourage...ways to being & staying healthy. He always reviews all tests, results & medication is accurate. He makes sure, I understand everything before...leaving my visit. Keep up the great work. Hands up!!!

I had an awesome experience, everyone was nice and polite.

This location is poorly equipped for people with disabilities I cannot even get thought one of the accessible doors fast enough before it closes. The bathrooms aren't truly accessible just modified none of the doors open automatically and I can't open a door without assistance so I need a automatic door the toilet seats set to low as far as I can tell they are no taller than in the other stalls. I don't look forward to coming to this location at all. The chairs in the waiting rooms set to low and I can't get down or up so I must stand and wait to be seen and I have to stand in the exam room as well. Please let me know that the things I have pointed out will be addressed I hate to have to change providers but the issue with the building is not something small
